Music pet pieves (and no i’m not a music snob)

These come in no particular order:

1. When people say i’m a fan of this band or that band but when asked they say they only like the first CD or the most recent CD. Now here me out, if you are a fan of the BAND then that means you have listened to and or like all of their songs. So if you only like one Cd or one song by a band then just reference that CD and not the band.

2. Bands should allow to sound however they want without me or anyone else saying that they are sold out or have gone soft or something like that.

3. No one has the ultimate opinion when it comes to music or bands. Not me, not rolling stone magazine, and not even yo daddy…

4. Branch out… Look around online. Dont just listen to what some station that is paid off by the record companies. Find some music that you were not told about by mass media.

5. Go to purevolume.com and check some of the bands on the main page…

6. Open your ears not your eyes when listening and/watching a band.

…… By the way music is meant to be fun and not to bring you down so stop the soulja boys and the big and riches and listen to some jazz or even old-school parachutin coldplay…….
